Dr. Neville Alleyne is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and preventive medicine physician whose career spans academic medicine, clinical innovation, and health systems leadership. He co-founded Methuselah Health to build the institution he believed preventive medicine deserved: one where clinical excellence, scientific rigor, and advanced technology converge to give patients a genuine advantage over disease and aging.

Dr. Tarshizi brings deep expertise in machine learning, biomedical signal processing, and clinical decision support systems. His research has focused on applying AI to complex, high-dimensional biological datasets, work that directly informs the architecture of the Methuselah Health platform. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in machine learning and an MBA from a leading research university.
